*** The ribbon sensor value should be within the range of 530 ~ 560
*** If the value appears abnormal, reset it.
2. Remove the ribbon from the printer. Click Load -> Get -> Save

What should I do if the ribbon tears during printing? |

1. Use tape to reconnect the torn ribbon, reinstall it into the printer, then press the Ribbon Set button to wind past the damaged section.
2. Ensure that the intensity of each panels, printing position of the card is within the limitation as these settings can lead to ribbon tears during printing.
